Why isnt this free?

It would be a great gateway into buying Lumino City of it were free. I paid the $1.99 "discounted" price and I felt ripped off after completing the game in less than an hour. Totally ridiculous and makes me nervous that Lumino City at four times the cost isnt worth the price either.

Great game otherwise, just too short for the money and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
